Cancellation + Late Policy

  • We value your time, please reciprocate the same. Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel, please send us an email or call. A voicemail is required, if we are unavailable to answer the phone.
  • No call/No shows will be charged the full (100%) amount of the scheduled service.
  • Canceling an appointment less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.
  •  Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment. If you plan to arrive more than 10 minutes later than your scheduled appointment time, please let us know.
  • Same day appointments are not guaranteed. Please call to confirm this appointment availability.
  • By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to our policies.

 

Booking Policy

In order to schedule an appointment, your credit card info will be required. Your privacy and safety are always protected. Your card will not be charged to book an appointment. However, it will be charged if the Cancellation + Late Policy is violated.

All of our guests are extremely valued here at Doll. Please keep this in mind when scheduling and canceling your appointments so that other interested guests can have an opportunity to receive our exceptional services.

  • Due to the nature of the service, we can best accommodate you by appointment only. 
  • Same day appointments are not guaranteed. Please call to confirm this availability.
  • When self-booking, please be advised that your appointment confirmation email is what indicates a successful booking! We are not responsible for any failed attempts or incorrect bookings, so please book accordingly.
  • Your appointment bookings are reserved for you! As a courtesy, we send an automated text reminder 26 hours before your appointment. We strongly advise not to depend fully on the reminders. Mark your personal calendars with your appointment bookings to avoid missing appointments and related charges.
  • We love them too, but unfortunately children under 14 years of age are not permitted to accompany you if you are receiving a service. For their safety and to maintain the studio's ambiance, please find childcare or bring a guests over the age of 18 to care for them outside of the studio, while you receive your services.
  • This is a private session. Guests are NOT permitted in the lash rooms. Our stylists are most comfortable + can perform best with less distractions.
  •  Download the free Vagaro App via Google Play and The App Store to book/cancel appointments, view your upcoming appointments, past appointments, rewards points, transaction history-all with ease!

Wait List Policy

Don't see an appointment date or time that works for you? You can add yourself to our online wait list! Please include your requested service, stylist, and time preferences.  At Doll, our goal is to ensure that all guests on our Waiting List have an opportunity to receive our services. So, if/when an appointment becomes available, you AND anyone on the wait list for that day will receive a notification. First client who books the appointment, gets it!
 

Return Policy

Please select product purchases carefully. Use our testers to test out colors and product use inside our studio. Product purchases can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase. Packaging must be perfectly intact and original. DTLB has the right to refuse used, opened, or defective products, for hygienic reasons. You will receive your store credit only equal to the amount of purchase, less a 20% restocking fee.
